Our Cheese Tasting Group Project 

1.     How can we create an interactive and educational environment for the Cheese Tasting event? 


Cultural Sharing
Use some of the questions as a warm-up for class or have students discuss with each other.
Sample Questions:
1.       In Wisconsin, over 90% of dairy farms are family-owned. What are some business that are family-owned in your country? Please explain
2. What role does cheese play in your food culture? For example, do you use cheese in any special             dishes? Is cheese a special treat?

3. In Wisconsin, there are many dairy farms. What kind of farms do you have in your country?

2. You will include a picture with your journal entry. (5 points) 
3. Include a title and center it.  Make sure that you capitalize the important words of your title. (5 points)
4. Use all of the sentence starters below. You can also add your own information if there is something else you want to say. (10 points)
5. Respond to the sentences with examples and details. (10 points)
5. Put your first draft on Canvas before Thursday, October 25. Attach a Word Document with a 12 point font of Times New Roman.  (5 points)
